The development comprises a 9-storey building with 129 units, featuring three different suite layouts, including 2-storey designs. The suites range from 1-bedroom units at 715 square feet to 2-bedroom units at 1,190 square feet. In addition to the residential units, the project includes amenities such as a dining room, catering kitchen, multi-purpose lounge, fitness room, and a theater-inspired big screen. As part of our contribution, we installed the metal superstructure, which involved load-bearing CFS (Cold-Formed Steel) interior and exterior walls, as well as composite metal floor systems, including joists and metal deck flooring.
